ABSTRACT
@#AIM: To study the effect and mechanism of salvia ligustrazine on non-arteriti anterior ischemic optic neuropathy.<p>METHODS: A total of 60 cases of non-arteriti anterior ischemic optic neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups. The control group(<i>n</i>=30 cases)was treated with oral prednisone acetate tablets and injection of compound anisodine. The experimental group(<i>n</i>=30 cases)was the same to the control group and added intravenous salvia ligustrazine, the period of treatment was 14d. The levels of IL-1β and TNF-α were detected by ELISA, and the protein expression levels of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 were detected by Western blot. <p>RESULTS: The best corrected visual acuity was improved in both groups. The plasma levels of IL-1β and TNF-α were significantly lowed in the experimental group than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(<i>P</i><0.05). The protein expression of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 in the two groups were different from those before treatment(<i>P</i><0.05), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(<i>P</i><0.05). <p>CONCLUSION: Salvia ligustrazine promotes the recovery of visual function by reducing the level of inflammation and inhibiting cell apoptosis in body.
ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficacy and safety of alprostadil combined with salvia ligustrazine in the treat-ment of aged patrents with unstable angina pectoris. METHODS:A total of 150 patients with unstable angina pectoris department of our hospital during Oct. 2011-Mar. 2015 were randomly divided into alprostadil group,salvia ligustrazine group and combination group according to random number table,with 50 cases in each group. Three groups received routine treatment. Alprostadil group additionally received Alprostadil injection 100 μg added into 0.9％ Sodium chloride injection 250 mL,ivgtt,qd,on the basis of routine treatment. Salvia ligustrazine group additionally received Salvia ligustrazine injection 10 mL added into 0.9％ Sodium chlo-ride injection 250 mL,ivgtt,qd,on the basis of routine treatment. Combination group additionally received constant dose of Al-prostadil injection and Salvia ligustrazine injection. Hemorheological indexes (high shear whole blood viscosity,low shear whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,fibrinogen),cardiac function indexes(LVEF,SV,LVEFD,LVST),serum CRP, NO,ET,SOD and clinical efficacies were observed in 2 groups before and after treatment;the occurrence of ADR was compared between 2 groups. RESULTS:Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in hemorheological indexes,cardiac function indexes or serum CRP,NO,ET,SOD level between 2 groups (P>0.05). After treatment,plasma viscosity,the whole blood high and low shear viscosity,hematocrit,fibrinogen,serum CRP and ET levels of 3 groups were decreased significantly,while LVEF,SV,serum levels of NO and SOD were increased significantly,combination group was significantly better than alprostadil group and salvia ligustrazine group,with statistical significance (P0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Alprostadil combined with salvia ligustrazine can effectively reduce the blood viscosity of patients with unstable angina pectoris,improve cardi-ac function and endothelial function,reduce myocardial ischemia injury and show significant therapeutic efficacy and safety without increasing the incidence of ADR.
ABSTRACT
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine combined with salvia ligustrazine injections in the treat-ment of unstable angina in coronary heart disease with type 2 diabetes. Methods:Totally 76 patients of unstable angina with type 2 di-abetes were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 38 cases in each. The control group received trime-tazidine on the basis of the conventional treatment, 20mg,po,tid, while the patients in the observation group received salvia ligustrazine injections additionally, 10ml, ivd,qd. The treatment course was 2 weeks, and the clinical efficacy, blood fat, blood rheology and the other indices were observed after the treatment. Results:After the treatment, the effective rate of the control group and the observation group was 65. 79% and 86. 84%,respectively with statistically significant difference(P<0. 05), the improvement of blood fat and blood rheology in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0. 05), the angina frequency and duration, and nitroglycerin consumption in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The combination application containing trimetazidine and salvia ligustrazine shows exact clinical efficacy with promising safety and compli-ance, which is valuable in the clinical application.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin with salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection for acute cerebral infarction.Methods 50 patients with acute cerebral infarction from July 2012 to October 2013 admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Observation group had 25 patients,they were treated with cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin with salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection.Control group had 25 patients,they were treated with only salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection.After two groups'treatment,the clinical efficacy,indicators of hemorheology (include whole blood viscosity,platelet aggregation and plasma viscosity),neurological deficiency score and activity of daily life were observed and compared.Results There was no significant difference in the clinical data between two group.After treatment,the total efficiency rate in observation group and control group were 92.00% and 60.00%,separately,the difference between two group was significant (u=2.4129,P=0.0158);the whole blood viscosity (high cut, low cut)of observation group were shorter than control group(P<0.05 );platelet aggregation of observation group were shorter than control group(t=0.5632,P=0.5759);plasma viscosity of observation group were shorter than control group(t=3.7682,P=0.0004);the neurological deficiency score and activity of daily life of observation group were shorter than control group(t =3.7682,P=0.0004).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin with salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection for acute cerebral infarction is well.
